Life is movement. And on the way of this movement there are obstacles: ascents, sharp descents and dead ends.
Notice, if you don't encounter any of the above obstacles on your path, it seems to me that you're going in a direction where there's nothing at the end. Is this outcome to your liking? But you know, there is always a solution to absolutely any task and even here, when you face a mountain, a sharp descent or a dead end. There is a solution! Most likely, even more than one... you should make up your mind, right?!)
Breathing out of your comfort zone is a real decision. And here I am again with #Yourself and #ThroughYourself. Each new time you feel this life... Today, stepping out of your comfort zone, you feel something cold, leaving traces on your fingers...while, say, three years ago this "new" was familiar to you with the only difference being that it was just new. Oh, yes...new also has gradations, degrees, shapes and sizes.
There is a solution and more than one, but the importance and value is in being able to make a smart decision. A problem that is solved in a non-trivial way, in my opinion, has some kind of foundation that automatically closes potential issues. And it's the number of times you step outside your comfort zone that gives you the ability to make those smart decisions. The more there are, the greater the choice of solutions, only already on a plane among other smart ones. And here it's a game of jeweler.
Stepping out of your comfort zone is an unusually powerful discipline, freeing up useful potential for work, leaving the necessary for sleep. That's where time management skill automatically attaches to you. ))))) alarms, notes and reminders. Daaaaah...it's a different rhythm of living and resting.
There is always a place and a time when the sun shines in this life. This is the true #PolarDay of your life. Try it! Step over! You may someday remember that first step you took beyond the line of what you are used to. Your "norms" will become broader, many questions will be answered and you will learn to appreciate life in every form.
