Is it a question of willpower or desire, but... does the phrase "I want and need" arise only in the weak-willed? Maybe the presence of the object of temptation and too weak "can not / should not"? In my opinion, only an emotionally strong person can refuse what is at arm's length.
Each of us consumes kilograms of sugar, or even tens of kilograms per month... Every day this sugar is consumed by you in large quantities, but... who tries to replace it with what. It is curious that some people immediately grab fast food, and someone has enough coffee with cheese to satisfy the feeling of hunger and maintain the desired balance of carbohydrates in the body. Eh...I envy that kind of person. The funny thing is that people who are resistant to their habits and rules, beliefs to seduce ice cream or candy is simply not real. This is very cool and worthy of great respect.
And yes... my phrase from the "About Me" section involuntarily comes to mind: Living with principles, wholeheartedly adhering to them is the right thing to do. Respect and appreciate such people if they are around you. Their desire to be with you already says a lot and such people will show themselves in a situation when it will be so necessary.
Refuse, strong??? 😮 Something's not right!
