Alcohol withdrawal and health

Today is exactly two weeks since my native refusal of any alcohol. If you haven't seen the storis, it's another #MyMix to check myself and my body.

The opinions of people who have a meaningful word for me, in 100% cases, are formed in the absence of any need to deprive myself of #MeToo goodness in the form of the much-loved red dry. Indeed, like an ant loves a caterpillar, I love red dry. And this #salad just screamed: "just a glass."

Knowing how to distinguish and separate foods into; healthy (like this ? with fats and micronutrients), useless (leis chips with salt), harmful (margarine, trans fats). There is no such thing as a harmless dose of alcohol! But you have to pay for the pleasure, as they say.

Liquid calories are at least a "useless" product for me now. In the dynamics I will look at the state of my body and decide on further interaction with this truly delicious drink.
