Nervous moments and inner anger

Maybe it's time for a kind of crisis, but... I can no longer watch people without a smile from the outside. How angry, nervous and rude they are. Obviously, this is the way it is laid inside... anger, tantrums and raised tone - an attempt to convey or get rid of all the negativity that is inside a person. Except that all of this objectively prevents the issue or problem from being resolved as quickly as possible with the best outcome for either party... rather both parties. Count to ten before you make a complaint or ask a question.
