New location. I sincerely like Murmansk! It is a northern city, the capital of the Polar Region with incredibly beautiful sunsets... while they are still there you should catch them, organizing a hunt on a par with the hunt for the northern lights. A year ago, in pursuit of the norm of motor activity, I came here, working out only one third of the daily plan. Now, having walked only on one formalized trail, I fulfill more than half of it, and the remaining part is gained in the mode of living conditions.
As before, I'm not used to dressing for the weather and once again froze to the bone walking those 7k steps on the health top... apparently it was the name of this trail that kept me from getting sick. ))) Really looking forward to summer so I can enjoy a comfortable, weather-wise, trail... let's just say 3am. Beautiful lookouts and even tables with benches. Climbs and descents. Great location outside the city, where you can still hear the noise from the highway, but where it's so peaceful among the trees and hills.
Movement is life, and life is movement and no other way. Replacing strength training with 12k+ step walks is an exceptionally successful symbiosis for sound sleep and great health. Nature doesn't have bad soles, only out-of-weather clothing. Dress warmly and get after your steps!
