Life is a high! Reflections on choices and opportunities

Today I came across a video in Reels, where they talked about life using the example of a centimeter. How close, if not identical, is my idea of life, which I formulated for myself a long time ago.

People wait, evaluate, choose, compare, assume and predict without any basis. Past experience? While boldly and loudly saying, “all people are different.” ? How so? If different, then the outcomes can't be the same. Maybe you're the problem. You are one... And if the total is the same and one unknown, then the formula is clear to a fifth grader.

Life gives you everything! While you are thinking, doubting or, without really wanting to, adhering to the “norms of morality”, someone else is grabbing this high with both hands... here and now, living this day, hour, minute, moment with unforgettable pleasure.

Life is cyclical and yes, you can brag about it, saying “mine will not leave me”... but it is absolutely not a fact that it will come back after you missed it, refused it or “took a break to think about it”. When you find “yours”, somewhere closer to 70, you may remember... but it will be too late and too painful to regret.

You only make your own mistakes by refusing the offers of fate, time and chance. The “worthy of the best” settles for the very broken... and no, is that pleasure! No, no... pleasure is not a moment, but an eternity. Alas, or fortunately, people don't last forever. Tomorrow is preparing for you new opportunities for joy in life... whether you will deny yourself them for the sake of “eternal” - you decide! I'll take it! I'll get more!
