I gave up sarah in its purest form a very long time ago, as well as salt. There are too many of these enhancers in food without adding more. When I heard such a definition as "a life without impurities", I thought about how many unnecessary things we include in our everyday habits.
I remember seeing a couple sitting at a table at this same spot a few years ago...wonderful! People don't sit behind concrete walls in beautiful weather, they go on a nature hike - to #volopad. But what was my ?.... bewilderment when I heard music coming from a portable speaker next to these citizens.
I have not found for myself reasonable arguments for such behavior. People went dozens of kilometers out of town and walked a couple more to do what? To listen to music? They are definitely the luckiest people in the world, since they live in a place where you can watch the waterfall from your bedroom window. If not, why go to the waterfall? You can eat outdoors a lot closer to the city, all things being equal. Very glad I will never understand these people.
Life without impurities - taste the natural in its pristine form, taste, color, shape and so on. Truly natural and alive! Just realizing this fact gives a special pleasure. "As is", if you don't appreciate it that way, then choosing/adding "accoutrements", it's probably better to look for an alternative. Real strong and tart coffee, red dry, cucumber or egg are peerless without sugars and salts. Is coffee tasty? - Yes! But is coffee delicious or is there sugar in it? It's important to understand the difference. And so it is in everything, not just food.
Living is truly beautiful and requires no enhancements, embellishments or edits! Try life without impurities and then you will be able to confidently say - "yes, I have tried"!
