It's time. Let's talk about alcohol and, if you must, bad habits. Yes, I'm a big fan of dry red. A drink that has for me, first and foremost, a flavor and this flavor, the more complex, the better.

Due to the events of '11, I am unable to experience the bouquet of flavors that a particular wine possesses. Only by imagining their volumes and differences in composition. As with coffee, which requires a number of conditions for preparation, wine has different flavors depending on serving temperature and ware. Speaking of variables.

It seems like just wine. Well, yes, there is red, there is white and even pink. But how important and fundamental is the rest: country, variety, year. If with coffee I have found my "ideal" variant of arabica/rabusta blend in the ratio of 70% to 30%, with wine I have defined only two parameters: red and dry.

This post prompted me to write about a wine that, once tasted, left me exceptionally delighted. Vinícola del Priorat Clos Gebrat 2022 was a surprisingly tasty wine that I want to drink and drink. And here we come to the subject of bad habits.

Everything is good in moderation, and if you don't have it, you can die from water. As I said at the beginning: wine for me is about taste, its complexity. Even drinkable wines do not leave with only positive emotions, like those compounds where there is more than one grape variety. And yes, you can hardly find your own formula here, as with coffee. Five varieties, or even more in one bottle - induces a walnut excitement to taste each of them by guessing the name. I can't categorize my love of wine as a "bad habit." Or maybe I should test it out by re-launching the #NolPromille Challenge, as I did almost a year ago.

In general, (how I dislike this formulation) the culture of drinking and eating comes with age and experience, when values change and, what really happens - tastes change. I like to give the example of olives and olives - you have to grow to them. Delicious as well as beautiful are very subtle concepts. And so #MeBeBeautiful was complemented by #MeTeTasty.
