It's a strange thing. I can hardly force myself to go to the gym, but once I'm in the gym, I reluctantly finish it, still having the strength to continue. You just have to get to bed and... there's nothing more precious than a good night's sleep.
Having changed the format of my training once, I was quite happy with the results. But today... I was given a different opinion about the approach to training that I have... Now I remembered the situation when the instructor, having watched me from the side, made a remark to me about the correctness of the technique of performing the exercise... Since then, one of my favorites has become absolutely unloved - bent-over dumbbell rows to the waist. It should be noted that before that moment I worked with several instructors who taught me the technique... everything was fine, and I felt the result of the work.
Well, there is one truth that is silly to argue with - the muscle gets used to the load, stopping growing. Therefore, I will try the training option that was confusingly recommended to me.
