The perfect imperfections of technology

Perfect imperfect technologies. How huge is the difference in user experience between those or other gadgets that can "malfunction" while remaining perfect. And those whose "bugs" are commonplace and almost a condition of basic functionality.

I wonder, is there anything that performs its basic functionality flawlessly at all times? If any other technology has a lot of conventions in the form of fragmentation, it would seem that the iOS ecosystem is obliged to be exceptional in the matter of stability and flawlessness. But it seems to me that the manufacturers "take" on this important component of any gadget, striving to be in the trend set by innovation and technology.
