I have always been and still am an advocate of all natural, and exceptionally no “enhancers” are used in cooking. Now I'm not even talking about chemistry. Salt, sugar - already this will hide the natural flavor of the meat. So I was in solidarity with one of the judges who allows pepper and herbs as seasoning.

With my involuntarily acquired peculiarities it is now hard to distinguish between tastes. Therefore, I distinguished the contestants by the degree of frying. There were delicious sauces !and moss! Very interesting... it is impossible to compare with something, but the feeling of very light pineapple, which, remember, we cooked in sunflower oil after, sprinkling it with powdered sugar.
