Familiar faces are returning to training. More and more people are coming to #XfitMurmansk... there are no queues to the training machines yet, but they are coming. It's fun to watch in between approaches for those who come to the gym to watch and train. ? Dry t-shirts and a smile on their face is a sign of that very workout...tongue and eyes.

If it is interesting to watch the guests of the club, it is sad to watch the actions, or rather inactions of some instructors. Let me explain. In case of obviously wrong technique of exercises performed by a guest, the instructor just sits silently and looks at it... although it is business, no more. This kind of attitude is found in absolutely every sphere of activity.

Once again I fell short on shoulders×legs in the circuit... the break is taking its toll, although it was very easy to come out of it.
