For seven months in a row, the forced “vacation” from the gym has led to the fact that the debonair Ilya does not allow himself to pose in profile photos.

Well... you can't start anything abruptly, but it's certainly not about “austerity mode”. It is time to activate it to get back to a normal diet, daily regimen and physical activity.
