Peripatetic. I've ceased to be some kind of restless...next! And tomorrow?! What about tomorrow? I've got to make it! And then the question arises: Isn't it dangerous? Everything has a life span. Any battery has a useful life, after which degradation begins. And this life often depends on charging cycles and, of course, storage and use conditions.
Okay, I'm not talking about the battery after all))). What does the human resource depend on? Here, I get, everything is also fractional: emotional, physical, and... I would say spiritual, but this is somehow not close. It is rather manifested in the application and has a greater significance. But still, mental. And it's not about education, but thinking, intelligence.
Which of these is the key? Many people, as you know, have a strong feeling that they live without "mental" very well. And there is an explanation for that, by the way. Okay. Physical? Here I'm more about health, which, in my experience, I can safely say is strongly tied to emotional health.
Depletion of emotional resource is many times faster than physical. It is the nature of nature that a person's physicality is much stronger. But, alas, it is impossible to store emotions in surplus, no matter how much you receive them. Their efficiency is only in the moment, and everything above is a concrete emotion of memories.
You need to work on yourself and eliminate that greed for new emotions, and get exactly what you need for a healthy day. Keep going and mix these three key resources. Where are we on the mental side of things?
