Simplicity is the best mechanism

28.12.2020

I saw the movie "Tesla" yesterday and, going forward, I can give my assessment of the movie, which I was not impressed with. A confident 3 out of 10 in my opinion, but... what really stood out in my memory were two phrases that I projected onto life in general. © "The best mechanism is the one with fewer parts." And so true, the simpler the better!

Complexity hits complexity. After all, the more parts in the mechanism, the more likely it is that one of them will break. The more often you'll have to deal with strips. It is, after all, more expensive. It concerns not only mechanisms... a program code containing hundreds of lines of code at the output gives a "heavy" program. Looking for an error in these hundreds and thousands of lines is a hell of a task.

In life and relationships, too, "extra details" get in the way of happy couples. Building those very relationships is not an easy path, and when you see the ideal and the "and" in the ideal, all these characteristics either become impossible for you or "break down" with frequent use.

Simplicity and unconditional is the key to creating the perfect mechanism that can last for centuries.

  • If the plan is too complicated, things can go wrong. If there's one thing I learned in Vietnam.

  • A very ancient sage said "everything is brilliantly simple" and he was damn right!))
