Understanding through experience

Experience... We learn from our mistakes and that's all! Why? Why? I thought it was to pass it on to my children. But... no and no again. Those rules, skills and decisions years from now will most likely not be a "working pattern". The child will have to pick his or her own bumps over and over again.

It's time to understand and not argue
With the beating of clocks and hearts.
Any of the timeless stories
The most common end awaits.

Fate embraces like no other
To the crunch, to the bulging veins.
But, still, when it takes away,
He'll give you something in return.

Someone instead of someone.
And whether you want to or not,
That's life's job--
Leading a man into the light.

It's time to accept without protest

There's a time and a place for everything.

Some ask God for something for pleasure, not for experience... Some don't know who to ask at all. And some ask of themselves.

It is impossible to explain to a person how painful it is to spread the rings of the Ilizarov apparatus if he or she has not experienced such sensations. Even "pain" is different for everyone. That is why one's own mistake and one's own bump is more dear... and is necessary to experience the fullness of the picture. Only the one who here and now experiences what the first one is talking about can understand.

The ability to hear and accept comes with time, when you have already had time to get bumps in the road and step on the same rake more than a dozen times in your life. Everything will happen!
