Gift of flowers: joy or show-off?

Flowers. What is #BouquetofFlowers or a single gerbera, rose, tulip? For some people it is a gift, for others a common sign of attention, like the phrase "you look beautiful today". For me, flowers are something that emphasizes the beauty of a person. As it seems to me, a girl with a bouquet or a flower becomes brighter.

But what I sincerely do not understand is the manner of boasting about a given flower, a bouquet. To make an appearance of frenzied pleasure from simple flowers, exalting the event in the rank of happiness. Perhaps a sad story...

In an attempt to project this "frenetic pleasure" onto the male side, I honestly wondered. What would make a guy get so excited? What would make him write posts, post storis, and record videos of his delight at the situation? Of course, we're talking about a comparative gift/surprise. I suppose anyone would flood the storis and feeds after receiving a new car or even a gadget as a gift. But it's much more interesting to understand what can please a guy as much as flowers do a girl. A cooked dinner? Sex? New clothes? It is clear that a single universal version can not be, although ... the girl! Perhaps the girl herself is the gift that can make a guy happy. What can brag and show off in front of subscribers and friends offline. Are there any other options?
