Weekend vacations: active or lazy?

Weekends and vacations. Here I thought about it and decided to raise the question of this very vacation. Is it active, or maybe just to be a "seal"? What do you choose? Walks, exhibitions, performances or a cozy sofa, a plaid, a glass of red and a TV series? A walk in the mountains, a trip out of town, a bike ride of several dozen kilometers or a strength training session in the gym and a good night's sleep?

Each of the types of rest is good and has a place in the life of each of us, because the beauty is that they can be alternated in order not to get bogged down under the very plaid and really physically rest, when the work is associated with constant movement and physical activity, sitting comfortably in a chair. After all, in this case, the preparation for rest is minimal. )))
