How realistic is it to build something on the place where death was? To revive the beautiful thing that once was or to build a new one on the old foundation? New by example, by likeness? Probably this is the fastest and easiest way, but the probability of history repeating itself is too high.
Don't build similarities, don't live by examples... Lay a new and solid foundation!
