Ah, yes... And yes! I've noticed a lot of young people here. Whether in the service, whether on the streets, whether in the establishments... There are very many young guys 20± who stay in the city. There's a million niks who are surprisingly retaining young guys. All, I suppose, from the standard of living. Here, as in Murmansk, everything is mixed up... Cars from kopecks to electric trains of different levels. And there aren't many people on the streets or even in shopping centers. This pleasant feature was a hit with me.
What happens with the weather, though, is not at all fun. As soon as it starts to get dark, the temperature drops noticeably and the wind from the river increases. I have not somehow felt something similar in the capital of the Polar Region. A modest, in some places cozy city, where there were no traffic jams, possessing the basic minimum of a modern city.
