A summer that didn't satiate

I don't feel like welcoming fall and this summer is the first time I haven't had my fill. That rare occasion when I'm not looking forward to the rainy season, but more and more excited about the sunshine and warm weather. If you shift the focus of your attention, everything around you seems really entertaining. People are mostly doing something for something, right here in the vicinity of #Korela Fortress, people are just walking around... back and forth, yelling at their kids, arguing with their spouse about something. Is that really a vacation option?

Not only me, but many others talk about retreating to nature. How long is this really a long process? The kind that you stay for pleasure... 10-15 minutes to look around and rest? Is that it? 🙂 People, it seems to me, can't not commiserate for long periods of time anymore. It's not just about voice and face-to-face communication, as the telephone handset has become much closer - a certain comrade ready to distract, entertain and be there always.

I'm going to try to shift my focus as well... past attempts at solitude have put too much pressure on me, making me wonder if I'm wasting my time... I don't even have a phone to write down my thoughts or take a good picture.
