It's great to change...yourself! I have made a noticeable change in my diet. I started to change and adjust my gastronomic preferences and habits so that the food was healthy and not overloaded. It would seem that excesses can be in "fasticides", but in reality these very "over" in overabundance in everyday and home-cooked food. Food culture to educate your stomach and take care of your health.
A start, sort of, but I'm sure I need some expert help on the question... #Meat, which I've always loved, is now among the main course. Not so much fruit and more vegetables...which is a challenge to deal with. Seafood, with what remains to be solved the question - how to cook! I only save myself with tuna and pink salmon. Carbs to zero, as well as fats...although there is no food without them.
Well...the only thing left to do is to solve the nutrition and workout disconnect so I can be ready for summer)). Also, I believe nutrition is part of quality of life. There are no rules and scripts! There are no actions without mistakes! There is only a vector and a desire...the rest is up to you! And you'll be lucky to be supported, helped and assisted... with your advice, words, presence! ..... "Spring is near" ? ?
