Know, don't assume. Looking at the works of some artists, the thought involuntarily flashes: "I can do that too." But why are their paintings on display for the public to see, while yours are only in your head?!
You can endlessly analyze, assume and make dubious assessments of hypothetical steps... or you can make decisions and work on an existing task. This is called the growth of consciousness. And experience only helps to reduce the distance from the hypothesis to the actual picture of affairs.
Fearing to make a mistake on the way, we spend a lot of time on a step, one way or another encountering a mistake or its derivative, instead of spending this time on its final passage with the extraction of experience. A mistake is not so scary when a loved one is next to you! Don't think - do!
