Seeing and thinking from different angles, critically and understandingly. So many funny things happen in our lives that we often see them in dark shades. However, we see what is happening from the outside... When we find ourselves in the role or in the place of another, we immediately change the color of behavior, emotions, giving every little thing its own shade, undoubtedly important in understanding the overall picture of things.
There is one place in Dagestan that is a good example of the acmeology of #ThroughYourself. Something impossible, at first glance, becomes not only real, but also pleasant. There is the concept of "pleasurable through pain", which many people could probably be familiar with #ThroughSelf. It's akin to what you experience when embarking on a climb.
The most pleasurable, the most delicious, the most meaningful... the best is obtained through overcoming. By overcoming pain, fatigue, laziness, fear, you experience the effects of dopamine. The choice of "just" or "quality" dopamine is up to you. Eat a pizza or a brownie... Climb a # mountain... your body gets technically the same amount of pleasure. However, you will have to develop the habit (although I don't like this word) of "quality" dopamine yourself, by making an effort.
Climbing up the mountain for more than 4 kilometers, exhausted from fatigue, you pay attention to the faces of those who descend in the opposite direction. You don't share their emotions at all and their happy and calm faces make you a little tense. "-How so? I'm going to die!" - are the thoughts in your head. And maybe even the urge to turn around and go back the other way. Once you get to the top, healing happens. You don't feel even a fraction of fatigue, you forget about it completely. As you descend, the faces of new people, groaning with fatigue, now evoke the opposite emotion. "It's a long way down. It will be hard for you" - you think, warmed by emotions from seen beauties on the top of #-Gamsutl.
That is why I have chosen to practice, making it a tradition, to know the world and people through myself, to be sure only when I have experienced it. And anything that is not yet, must be experienced. A saying like "mountains are hard" is nothing but a synecdoche that does not reflect the reality of the picture and the essence of the case. But if you try to climb, say, 10-15 years, you will probably change your opinion and formulate a stable definition of the word... but only for yourself.
And for myself, I have already begun to formulate it. Mountains are a high! A marshmallow! In its direct meaning. But not something heavy.... rather important!
