Cities without production

07.02.2020

At a time when some people have to pay almost a lifetime's worth of rent, there's a mass of it here that's vacant.

I was driving along and thought, why not occupy vacant land for residential houses, so that people would have a place to live and this very housing would become more accessible. But the life of these people, who would live on this land, should be provided with something... If there is no mining, if there is no production, then what? Why can't we live by commerce, like, say, the states? It seems to me that today cities can live many things without mining and production.

In general, natural exchange is an interesting thing. If you think about it, each of us uses the services of each of us. Isn't that natural exchange? How nice it would be to set up the system in such a way as to exclude money from this turnover.

Hmmm... dreams-dreams, but who knows what will happen in tens of hundreds of years. Life will obviously have a different value and system.
