From emotion to cosine.

What makes your heart boil? I have been an advocate of the "even" state for so long that I have not even considered where I get my emotions from and what makes me sad or smile. How is it possible to do this without taking anything personally?

Living a completely stable "even" life is not life. Granted, it's a confident, stable and peaceful existence, but... it compares to burning through life for nothing. I don't think I'm one of those who do it, though.

And yet sadness, sorrow and joy...I get it! Knowing, observing and listening to the lives of others, being at this moment of monologue somewhere slightly above and to the side on the side of objectivity and detachment, I get that energy charge from the speaker, with which he is overflowing. Whether it is negativity or inordinate joy... This wave of non-first order is enough for me to set the movement of my straight line "even", turning it into a cosine. And at the desired moment I can easily return the straight line I like so much. You, your life and more than everything is in your hands... or at least in your desires and head.
