The first third of summer is almost behind us and here it is, the second stage of removing restrictions that we will remember as history. The halls are opening and people are expected to flock to them in droves, as I personally expect.
It's time to get in shape before the end of summer and it's time to replace carbs with protein in 100% cases. As it happens, there is now no excuse as to why I might skip a workout. Traditional cardio on an empty stomach in the morning and strength training in the evening. So eager to wear those things again that were over-size and now fit just right. A dozen or two extra pounds will have to be burned off with a hell of a lot of effort, but it will be justified, as I like to do on the 120%.
