Part of yourself. People today are used to buying things...just buying things...just things. And I actually love it when a person who has enough money to buy anything they want without hesitation, still questions the price... Curiously enough, even such people can say - expensive.
Each of us has our own occupation, some of us like and some of us don't like. And so today I was thinking about work and professions, about the product that each of us creates, its price and value.
How beautiful is the work where you can express yourself, put your soul, passion, emotion and your love for your work. Creativity and soul are not only in the work of authors, artists and musicians. A hairdresser, programmer, reader, florist, designer, salesman and even a doctor can realize their creative abilities in professional work.
When asking about the price of goods, it is still worth knowing the definition of the concept of “value”. What a person makes with his own hands is obviously more expensive than conveyor products, because people put a part of themselves into their work, experiencing and scrupulously choosing this or that solution in order to be satisfied with the result of their work.
An artist's painting is not just paints, a canvas where the idea ordered by the client will be embodied... It is the artist's priceless emotions and his talent to see colors, build shapes and create something! An application is not just a set of lines of code, but a perfected algorithm with the code cleaned up to get the maximum speed and minimum weight of the application. A doctor's operation is not just removing a disease. It is a jeweler's work aimed at minimizing traumatism and maximally preserving the life of the cells of the organism, the human body.
A financial report or a court decision... a product without a gram of soul or creativity. It is insanely interesting what people express themselves in when they are engaged in such an emotionally demanding job.
