I remember having a "Day of Silence" for myself a few years ago... it could go on for two, three days or even a week. As I see it, it is a must for people who communicate a lot and often with others. From any communication we get food for thought and it becomes very much in such communications... in order not to let it spoil or to put it bluntly - disappear, it is worth having a "day of silence".
What is it? It is a time when a person consciously disconnects themselves from any kind of communication with people. All messengers are turned off and the phone becomes all access for voice and video calls. So after a couple hours you'll start to experience "withdrawal", but... it's a great filter to sort out your thoughts in your head. Recall that food from the dialogs... Time to take up your hobby by listening to music.
It happens that coming out of the "day of silence" you realize the nature of your addiction to a person... suddenly you don't need him. You come to realize many things and actions that you used to do automatically or based on the rules of decency. Today you don't want to write him "Good morning", and by the end of the day you won't be interested in how his day went.
People are events in our lives. Some we live with for the rest of our lives, others are an accident. But not a habit... it's detrimental. It may sound rude, but accidents clog the ether... And it is much more pleasant when you go through life with a person-event... whose existence is a pleasure for you from day to day. And this is only possible in the mirror version - you are a pleasure to him too. ?
Man to man is not for something or for something. Man to man is an event of eternity or a moment... Here everyone chooses for himself. Even this moment can be carried with warmth in your heart for the rest of your days. Try a "day of silence"... lights out?
It is much simpler than these many letters. It is the passing of earthly lessons by the spirit.
