My projects fuel me from within... And the idea that in the future people will do everything themselves. I think that the service industry is going to decline in the future.
The point is not just to automate everything, it's more of a consequence. The root cause, in my opinion, is that the quality of service today is so shitty that a reasonable person would rather use online.
The term “social adequacy”, which I liked so much from BM's webinars, is so far removed from the realities of Murmansk retail. Soulless scripts and crazy “collars” demanding unconditional fulfillment of every point of the script.
Automation... machines won't forget, machines won't “fumble”. More and more mechanics in service, much less sales. McDonald's, where guys do the same actions with their hands. What's the point?! 100% is an ideal choice for full automation.
The successful one will be the one who launches the most autonomous service possible. It's crazy savings and a minimum of complaints from the client if he does everything himself. I wish I could live...
