New concepts and interpretation of their original meaning help to define oneself in terms of personal and behavioral characteristics and, most importantly, not to be complex about one's actual essence.

Nothing happens all at once or goes away without a trace. Everything has stages that mix and happen out of sequence. "Co-dependency anarexia" is a stage that can parasitize your body, brain, and sanity. In many cases, "lockdown" of yourself and your feelings is the solution to not getting sick with this "anarexia".

I did draw a lot of conclusions, found a lot of answers, saw hundreds of mistakes, realized them and did conscious work on them. Trying to memorize every word (my problem since childhood when reading books), I still want to take Ross Rosenberg's book apart into quotations in order to refer again and again to useful and very important for me thoughts of the author, his acquaintances and patients. This is the first time I've been so engrossed! #BakingDoing.
