It is very tasty to do my own business, I feel at ease. Every time I face the question of staffing, functionality and motivation. Why doesn't a programmer call clients with questions about satisfaction with his company's product? This should probably be handled by the client department. Why doesn't a doctor prepare lunch for patients? Why doesn't the HR specialist go to the showcase to sell equipment, and the salesman doesn't set up network access to the corporate network?
Everyone's possibilities are individual and to some extent limitless. Only indirect functionality, in my opinion, should be a topping that gives a separate pleasure and should be chosen by a person voluntarily.
I guess that's why I envy some specialties that are in demand by the labor market as specialists. The generalists, as usual, will do everything and everything poorly.
Ilya Alexeyevich, to live in the north and buy cloudberry jam, you're lazy! What did you do this summer?
