Sincerity: the path to understanding yourself

Again and again to the obvious things... some at the age of 41 understand the essence of the phrase "by experience", others understand it a little earlier, others - in general - consider it only a "beautiful phrase" for the rest of their lives.

But only having been in the skin of a person, having experienced the same emotions, having made the same sincerity of actions, also deeply and strongly given to.... understand a person! At the same time you understand yourself at this moment, as now you can act as the one in front of whom you were once completely naked - #-Soul Open.

It closes a chain that cannot be broken... although some people can do it very easily. Why is that? Maybe it's a matter of sincerity.
