In my head I'm constantly searching for optimal solutions, ways and strategies... How to minimize costs, speed up and improve results. It doesn't matter what! Everything! Where to start to fulfill the task at hand, so as not to make excessive efforts, and, approaching the result, not to spend a lot of time on making the reporting look presentable.
How much the first step costs and how easy it is for everything else to follow. So much effort, time, financial and human resources are required to start even the most seemingly simple idea. This is why I often feel the pain of failure faced by corporations, organizations, boards, and line staff. What's it like to make the decision to abandon a product you've bet a fortune on? What did Microsoft experience when it shut down the Windows Phone project? The horror! Mistakes are necessary, it's silly to deny. It's just like knowing joy is impossible, without knowing grief. Just let this stage be quick and stay in the past. Make no mistake! Think on the first step!
