Habits. This word has always offended me, thrown me off balance, excited me... My frequent answer to the question about smoking is "I have to drink, eat, sleep, breathe... why else create an addiction for myself". If tobacco and alcohol are recognized as sources of addiction, then sweets are not included in the list... and are unlikely to be included.
When you give up smoking, you begin to smell especially deliciously... Believe me, what happiness it is. Hundreds of shades and strengths. Cool! When you give up alcohol, you begin to see the colors of life more clearly and naturally, to want to do something... Everything around you becomes voluminous and alive... You notice the little things...
It's been a month since I completely gave up any alcohol and all kinds of sweets. The desire to try still hasn't gone away, but it's become much easier to deny myself. More and more often, I get offers from outside to try this or that candy, ice cream, or drink beer to refresh myself or relax.
Having found a “stop word” for yourself, you can easily refuse any temptations... but still, © the main thing is desire. Why, if you can do without it? Coffee is delicious in itself, to decorate it with something sweet. And it’s nice to watch a movie or another news clip with a plate of fruit... it’s summer, vitamins.
The only thing that’s curious is how long I can last and what will be the reason for the end of this “diet”.
