Evolution of flavors

23.08.2020

How often do tastes change? And how quickly do tasty things get boring? Taste is a unique human sensory system. Probably, like other perceptions, it is also formed in childhood from the diet that parents use when feeding the child. As the child grows older, he or she learns new tastes and forms his or her own “adult” palette of tasty and not so tasty things. But is it because of an excess that tasty things stop being liked or are there other reasons?

By the way, this year I tried “big blueberries” for the first time. 😀 I really liked the taste of #Goduyik… and as it turned out, #berry is very healthy. But I never stopped liking #raspberries for a moment.

And as usual, I start projecting this or that event, phenomenon, fact onto life. Tastes are not only in food, gastronomic preferences, but also in many other things... in people, for example. What “tasty” person you suddenly stop liking, and what you are always happy to see, even years later. Do you learn new “tastes” of people for yourself and what do you feel if you have never tried something like this before? Is it so easy to reject, at first glance, “not tasty person” (although in some cases quotation marks may be superfluous) or do you see a note, an aftertaste and something of your own?

You think a lot and talk a lot. I will answer your photo - I want to fold my palms and get what is in the photo. #сасунхзкакой
